I saw two things this morning that I loved:

1) On my way to work, I saw this sign out on the sidewalk that said the following: Be realistic! Get all the things done! Demand the Impossible! And then below that, in smaller letters, someone had written 'the engineer's creed.' Made me chuckle.

2) On the first floor of my work, in the lobby, there was someone carrying a picture for some reason that I'll never know. It was very simple. A cat, painted in turquoise on a brown background, in a very abstract manner. Only the outline and the face. Just a body, a tail, and then the head drawn in exquisite detail. Lovely picture.

Been on my mind all morning.

I think the actually surgery takes and hour but all together four to five hours.

My daughter asked me to play WIZ101 to help a friend of hers with a level 10 Boss.

So I get there and start the battle announcing I am going to decimate the boss.

My daughter says to me "You are going to poop on him"

I am like, Whaaa?

Then it dawns on me.

"No, not defecate, DECIMATE!

It is hard to beat a boss when you are laughing so hard you can barely attack.

I ended up NOT killing the boss. I got a plus 70%, plus 30%, plus 20% and was about to use my Wraith spell when her friend, a Storm Wiz, hit (he had a couple of storm percentages on the boss) and he killed the boss in one blow over 6000 points.

Oh well, all is well that ends well.
