Quarter the potatoes Oven 350 covered with tin foil for 2 hours, remove foil broil for 4-8 mns to desired level of crispness. They will burn though in broiler if not paid attention to. I am on the road til Monday. Can send you recipe upon return to home.

pinwheels snack finger foods for a group having a Christmas party. Large tortillas (10 inch)that are spread with a mix for food rolled up and placed in freezer for awhile. Remove and slice in 1 inch rounds. I collect recipes on my computer with Now Your Cooking software. Have about 3000 or so. Only about 300 have to made and edited.
 
Korean chicken with gochujung sauce. I had some frying powder and it turned out very crunchy.
 
One pot macaroni & cheese. I tell myself to decrease the cream and increase the water for next time. I always forget. Very rich and good in small servings.
 
Pan fried chicken breast, sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic & grape tomatoes served over angel hair pasta dressed with olive oil and garlic&herb seasoning. Sprinkle of mozz/parm over the top. So good.
 
Teriyaki burgers. Costco had some dill pickle chips, they really taste like pickles.
 
Garlic shrimp, cooked with basil, tomato, chillis, green onion and heavy creme, on bed of angel hair pasta. It's quick and the best flavour combo.
 
I have thawed salmon in the fridge as well as a pot of dry white beans in water, and I don't feel like like cooking either of them. :( I'm thinking tomorrow will do.
 
SOS. My dad cooked this when we were kids and I’ve always loved it. He made it better, but I like mine too.
 
Tonight I took Blondie's leftover chili, added some beans, mushrooms & garlic and turned it into tacos. Lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and sour cream filled em out nicely.
 
Hamburger gravy served over biscuits or toast. Hamburger, onions, celery, flour, milk, salt and pepper. I top mine with an egg too.

Stuff on a shingle or shit on a shingle. It tastes better than the name implies.
Ahhh good old shit on a shiingle lol my dad always made his with chipped beef. It is best with a fried egg topper in my opinion.
 
Today I’m going to make a chopped cheese. I expect it to taste just as good as a cheeseburger.
 
I have wing 🪽 flats that were seasoned , marinated then fresh frozen 🥶 thawed and ready to go. I’m fix’n them in the air fryer with Cajun seasoned green beans for wife and grand daughter. I’m going to most likely have French toast or something breakfast for dinner.
