Who bought it for you?

What happened to it?

Most exciting thing you did in it:D

JL:kiss:

Was my dad's old car and I paid about half of its value for it.

1990 Gray jeep cherokee. I have pictues and will post them sometime.

Well most exciting sexual thing was fingering my gf of the time to massive orgasm that soaked the passenger seat while driving back from the beach once at about 80.

Most exciting car thing was when I would take it four wheeling. I had it submerged about 2 inches above the side windows once.

Goooooood Morning JL, couldn't sleep, so decided to answer your Q's...

First car - Red 1968 convertible Mustang.

Who bought it - ME, with my own money.

What happened to it - I restored it, and still have it. :)

Most exciting thing - driving at top speed (92mph) with the heat on, and the top down on a chilly november day.

Lo

(edited to add what happened...)

86 Ford Tempo. My god that lil metalic blue car had some giddy-up to it! Funny thing thing was "The Presidents Of The United States Of America" (remember that band?) came out with a song called "Mach 5" at the same time I bought the car used. The one lyric was "All blue on the outside and creamy in the interior"

Just so happened the seats were a cream colour! So when I was asked to give a ride or any time friends or myself would talk about the car it was 'The Mach 5'

Most exciting thing?? Well I'd love to say sex, but it was two seater... going down on a person would have required the body to twist in ways not meant to be. But hitting 185 KM's/hr (about 115 mph) in that lil thing on the open road and feeling every contour of the road was pretty damn fun.

'93 chevy cavalier (suddenly i feel young)

it's waiting to be sold back in Iowa.

btw... shortly after maxing out the car at 185.. It craped out! lol

Apparently even though it was made to race, it wasn't ment to be pushed quite so hard :) The lessons one learns at the age of 19.

First car

My first car was a '40 Ford Coupe. I bought it as a speculative investment with my own money. Paid $250 for it. Fixed it up and sold it for $400.

Didn't do anything in it, I was 14 at the time.

The first car I really had that I drove was a '57 Ford Hardtop. V8, standard shift. Raced it on the weekends to pick up some spare spending money. Did everything in that car. :D

Sold that one to get a '57 Chevy convertible.

Ishmael

First Car - 1967 Chevy II Nova (her name was Elvira)

What happened - trader her in two years later on a brand new truck.

Most exciting - nothing sexual, but almost ran over an annoying cheerleader once.

1968 Austin 1300.....

I paid for it and sold it for the same amount I paid for it.

The most exciting thing I ever did in it was took a 5 hour road trip by myself to visit some friends.... I had only had my licence for 6 months and the car for 2 months so it was quite scary... I had a ball during the trip.... My first taste of real freedom.

It moved and the back seat was comfortable at the drive-in

What's up freak? Long time, no jeer.

My first "car" was a longbed 74 Ford F-1-00 painted red and white.

That truck saw a lot excitement including my high school fraternity's Hell Night. I was the driver.

I went away for a month to take care of some lingering business and I too came back to a room full of pastel flirters. Where does Lit. avdvertise?

I meant to ask, what's new?

Still moving between trouble spots, in Singapore at the moment, about to get a beer

If I remember correctly my first car was an 80 AMC Concorde. My dad bought it for me, I totaled it, and the most exciting thing that happened in it would be the head on collision that led to a severe brain injury on my part.

a 1993 volkswagen Jetta.
totalled it right near where we are having a party a week from now.

My dad leased it for me. I actually had a dream about the other day. i loved that car. Its name was Shen Long. (i got a thing for Japaneese names)

how embarrassing...

1960 Ramber Cross Country Station Wagon -- baby blue

I bought it for a C note.

Most exciting thing? The way the windshield wipers stopped when you pressed the accelerator (for you young 'uns that cuz the wipers worked off of engine vacumn...not electricity). Thunderstorms were great fun.

Traded it on a Peugeot...now that was sexy...sooooo French.

You sure it was a 428?

The 65 only came with small blocks and I am pretty sure the first big block did not come around until 67 and it was a 390.

My first car was an 89 Chevy cavalier.

My dad. Bought it from an old lady that couldn't drive a stick so we got a good deal on it.

Drove it until it was falling apart then traded it for a car I drove two weeks before I totaled it.

The most exciting thing I ever did is hard to say really. I did so many outrageous things in that little car I can't pick. I used to get in it and just take off, never knowing where I would end up. That was great.

1962 Rambler American (yes, I remember replacing those vacuum hoses to the wipers).

It was a throw-away: I saved it from the junk-yard.

Eventually did make it to the junk-yard--rust never sleeps.

Just driving was adventurous--but parking was more fun.;)
