What time are you going to pick?

I was wondering, if you could pick any time and go there what would you pick? Would you go to the near past...the 1920's or 30's or would you go to the distant past 1400's or 1500's perhaps.
Why would you pick a specific time to go to....or would you go to the future not knowing what might be there for you? Would you use the knowledge that you have from today to change things in the past, or to perhaps take advantage of the people of the past? Would you go to the future and bring back a treasure from the future to share with the people of today.
Iwas just thinking about this and was wondering what people would do.....also would the women answer or go to different places and times than the men? I would love to know what you think about this

Wow ...this is great I love all the replies I'm gettin! I do not think any one has said they would go into the future. I wonder if that is because we only want to go back to that which we already know....maybe the future is just to big of a mystery and we only want to go back to the sure thing. Well thanks for your intrest and this will push it back to the top of the pile so I cam see what it does over nite tonite. Its 11 P.M. here in Indiana. Be back about 5:30 or 6 tomorow A.M.

Well for me I would like to travel to either feudal Japan. I think thats like in the 1600's. I have always been fasinated by Samurai shows from the Japanese Cable channel. Plus I am Asian.

England during the Regency period or there abouts in the 1800's. I can never get enough of this period in time. I read too many romance novels based in that time period.
