Absolutely stellar. Since about thirty seconds ago. How are you, dear pasha?

The pasha is doing pretty good. So, do tell, what happened to make the world perfect for one splendid horse?

Congratulations from the bottom of my heart. I know these projects can seem like dead ends and true bastards to work with, but when you finish and get it just the way you want it, the rewards are sure to come. Congratulations on yours. You deserve them my friend.

What Carson said.

Congratulations, Shanglan! I have told you time and again, as have others, you are an exceptional writer. Will is your best work by far and deserved to top the list long ago. I see that Meer Kass is a close third, also deserved. In my opinion all of your work should top the lists. Keep writing, dear Shanglan, you are an inspiration to me.

Thanks awfully, all. It just felt good to see it there, if only for a moment. I can't quite work out *how* the math could possibly be figured, or why on earth now when it's been out for months, but as noted, I'm not looking into that too closely. Angelic, I thought it the best I'd written as well, and I worried more over it than anything else. It's good to see it have a brief shining moment, as it were.

Dar, I love the pegasus icon. :)

Shanglan

Look at you with two in the top three! Well deserved and only more proof that you should be taking your writing seriously. Bravo, dearest!

Well my friend, I do believe congrats are in order.

By the way, that is one damned cute pile o' little meerkats in the AV.
Speaking of which....was the similarity between Meer Kass/meerkats intentional? I've oft wondered about that, but never thought to ask.

Congrats Shang!

I know I would continue to write even without the audience, but damn it does feel good to be appreciated eh?

Unintentional. I half-remembered (and probably mis-remembered) the honorific of "Meer" from the books of Andre Norton, who invented the Salariki race. Her name was just one of those names that comes to you entire and feels right.
