The cable guy was just over fixing our cable. He asked to use the bathroom before he left and I said sure. He was in there for over twenty minutes. About two minutes after he left, my apartment filled up the the most nauseating stinch. He left the largest floater I have ever seen in the toilet. I had a can of Lysol Spray by the toliet for the number two occasions which he obviously didn't use. Should I complain to the cable company or it it just one of those thing you just have to let go?

...box it up and send it to the cable company saying he left something at your house...

find out where he lives, break into his car/truck and leave it in his backseat. Tell him you want 1/2 off your cable bill for 6 months.

pick your battles wisely... is it one worth fighting for? sounds like a seinfeld episode to me....

LOL. I wish I had thought of that before I flushed it. I had to flush the toilet 3 times before that sucker went down!

Oh man! Too funny.. Ok, probbaly not for you but..

That has to be worth a few free months of cable service... Call and pitch a fit. I bet you get 6 months for free just because they aren't gonna want to discuss it with you on the phone.

Post back here and let me know how well that works! lol

This is kind of a funny situation, but the Lysol is not working. I'm wondering what the hell that guy had for lunch to produce such a God awful smell.

His last customer.

You don't want to fuck with a guy like this.

I think is one of those nuisances best forgotten in the scheme of life. Sorry that it happened, though.

Great story to tell at parties, but not to bitch to the company about. The guy might have a health condition or some thing....

I'd call the cable company and complain about him

"taking the browns to the superbowl":) I bet you'll get free cable for awhile....

I'm sorry Lost, but what health condition would he have that would prevent him from flushing and spraying??

This is getting too funny now....I'm laughing my ass off.......

Now if that green fog would kindly exit her domicile......:D

Judging from the description, there was more than one offending piece of floatsom in the bowl to start with. Do you watch your shit go down after you flush? (yes, he still could have sprayed)

I bet he was embarassed and just looking to get out without looking her in the eye.

It's not his fault for what came out, just for not disposing of it properly. He has no manners, and generally, unless it was done with malicious intent I'd say let it go.

The wife just said to write Al Gore and complain about it taking 3 flushes..

He was behind the reduced flow toilets you know...to save water and all that....hehehe

LMAO!!! Thanks *Eve* I needed a good laugh.

And, long time no see. How goes it?

Hey BeeBee! It's good to be back, I have been so busy planning my wedding. It's a full time job.

My honey came home from work not to long ago and the first thing he said as he walked in the door, was "what the hell is that smell!" He laughed his ass off when I told him what happened, and now that I've calmed down a bit it's really kind of funny, but maybe I should work this angle, and get something off our cable bill? What would you guys do?

Tell yer honey that the repair man must have set fire to tires.........

I'd complain, but make it clear that after your initial shock you think that perhaps they should incorporate a appropriate "bathroom use policy" which includes flushing and spraying so as not to choke the living hell out of customers and make them think they are going blind.....

Thanks Tungwagger, I was beginning to think that I was overreacting.

OK, and if you owned the cable company and someone called with this complaint, what would you do after you stopped laughing?

If you want to get this guy fired, I guess it's your turn to "make a stink". But seriously, do you think the cable company is going to cut your bill?

Not at all.....I've been married for ten years now, and still don't feel comfortable enough to take a crap in front of my wife...

I know it's a normal body function, but so is the reflex to flush, and AT LEAST warn someone that they may not want to go in there for a few minutes.....

Funny though, considering bathroom humor in movies is one of my favorites.

I'm not advocating trying to get him fired, but maybe he needs a "gentle reminder".

I only mentioned getting something off my cable bill in jest. I have no intention of getting anyone fired, especially over something like this, I was angry at first because that bastard stunk my place up and left a present behind, however, if his supervisor knew, the gentleman will at least be careful the next time he goes into someone's home. There are boundaries that should not be crossed, especially when you are in someone elses home. I had no problem with him using my bathroom, and I could have even gotten past the odor, but it was the not flushing that really bothered me.
