What superhero did you want to be as a kid?

Wait. We went from having the color yellow completely rob him of his powers to having...

...Commitment Issues?!?!?

So, my favorite childhood superhero has been reduced to a big pussy??

Dammit, I hate modern comics. :(

And his girlfriend cheated on him. Actually I think Kyle is really hot. He's drawn so well. I'd fuck him.

Has to be Green Lantern..In brightest day, In darkest night! that and i always wanted to do the big hands from the ring and clap them on people!

Green Lantern

Haven't there been 2 or 3 Green Lanterns over the years? I thought he was black for a while.

I read somewhere else that he had almost infinite power with the ability to be in more than one place and time at once. Is that true?

Sometimes when I'm really bored i try to move things with my mind.

But I always wanted to be the Flash!

One of the current green lanterns is a chick named Jade.

Yes there was the original Alan Scott (for some reason his weakness was wood)

The one most know, Hal Jordan with the whole Yellow, and time limit thing

In the seventies there was John Stewart the Black GL: he shows up now and then to help out the current GL

Kyle Rayner, the hot young guy, whose girlfriend is the aforementioned Jade.

there are a few others but they are GL's that make cameos now and then

Yeah...the current version of Aquaman is totally hot!

Of all the members of the Justice League he'd be the one likliest to score with Wonder Woman!

Glam,
You are such a rock star.

I have that Comic, with Jade and Green Arrow!!!!!

But how come her black friend had to be....Indigo.....and she couldn't talk!!!!

Maybe she was a relative of Orange Blossom from Strawberry Shortcake, she couldn't talk either.

What up with the mute black children?????

Supes had a Mullet for a while in the 90's

He lost cool points with that and the containment suit fiasco.

What had happened was...
Franklin had been hangin' out with Linus and he picked up speech and stuff from that kid, it was a fluke. It's when he started hangin' out with that Pig Pen kid when things took a turn for the worse...

For me it was wonder woman.

I even had a wonder woman costume and everything.

Catwoman was pretty cool too.

Heh Heh...you guys rock!

Does anybody know who the Authority is?

Hard to sum them up...but if you like comic books this is something I definately suggest checking out. Its unfortunately been effectively cancelled. Over the top widescreen movie action, strong sexual situations, gay superheroes,a proactive political world view...it ain't the Superfriends and DC's third best selling title has been plagued with censorship problems right from the start.

Very hot comic.

This is a link to a page that shows published vs unpublished art..some of you might find it interesting:

I always liked Nightcrawler from the X-men.

I already felt like a freak so being able to teleport, and be incredible agile seemed really cool. Yes, I was a fan of the X-men WAAAAY before they were cool. I actually had a complete collection from 1 to 170-something before my parents basement (and my room) flooded when I was in HS. All I got for all those and MANY other comics was a lousy $500 from insurance...damn damn damn...

I'll be sure to name you as an enabler to my comic habit, when I join the 12 step program.

I feel like such comic slut, now.
