Supes had a Mullet for a while in the 90's

He lost cool points with that and the containment suit fiasco.

I'm talking way before the 90s or the 80s or the 70s and just before the 60s.

When he was a real superhero...

:D

I never had comic books as a kid, so I'm only familiar with the characters that came on t.v.

Having said that, I think that if it were today, I'd like to be the Escapist, the hero of Michael Chabon's book The Adventures of Kavalier and Clay. He escapes from Nazi-occupied Prague, and fights facisti &c. You know, the usual stuff.

(Edited, 'cause I thought I could find a picture, but alas.)

Mullet head Superman was a travesty!

The current series is however pretty good. I've always loved Superman and the idea of the character but it's only been the past year or two I've been looking at his series with some regularity...I blame the latest cartoon series which was just so good DC finally decided to start doing the Man of steel right (I know I would...). Plus Krypto is back!

I'm down with my sisters in comics...slowly there seems to be a better diversity growing in comics as opposed to the stereo typical approach...some of my favorite characters are the Bumblebee,Vixen and the Suicide Sqauds Amanda Waller (who is just one bad ass momma!)...another one to point out is "Codename:Knockout" which is an extremely cheesecake spy satire starring Angela St. Grace,a gorgeous thing of mixed races and her gay sidekick Go Go Fiasco.

I've never read Micheal Chabon but I used to spend hours trying to find the door to narnia when i was a little kid...

You might like it--won the Pulitzer for fiction last year. It's really about two guy who write this comic book, set during the '40s, in New York. He also wrote Wonderboys, which was made into a film with Michael Douglas and Toby Maguire.

I wanna be Wonder Woman or the She Hulk...yeah, that'd be cool...hehe...

...or maybe one of the Power Puff Girls...yeah!

It is in my opinion "Howard the Duck" was a vastly underrated movie and at one point made me shed a tear of joy.

*snickers gleefully* Doesn't everyone remember those wonderful superheroes from the Eighties? The True Cartoon heroes?

She-rah
Cheetarah (from Thunder Catz)
(and even though she's not truly a superhero) I always wanted to be Scarlet from G.I. Joe! Hell, I'd fuck Duke, in a heartbeat!

Oh, and don't forget Kimberly from the Power Rangers... she had a hot boyfriend. Grrrr.. C'mere White Ranger, and bring Saba with you.... lol

Transformers..... you dont get more 80s than them.

Hound, or Prowl.....Sunstreaker was cool...

They were all super...and heroes so they count, dammit!

i always wanted to be "007 james bond "
cos he always saves the day and gets his woman in the end
what more could a man want?

Ok...raise of hands...how many of us used to twirl around hoping to turn into Wonder Woman just like Lynda Carter?

I caught the sugahduck with my goldenlasso of truth. It was wrapped around his cock, and the only way I could remove it was with my lips.

I give wonderwoman duck ideas.:D
