...and I'm not talking about onions here.

What gets makes your eyes water? In which particularly moving situation did you lose it all? What moved you so much that you started crying? A movie, a supporting friend, a touching song, watching your favourite sports team win?

Halo :rose:

Halo :rose:

all of the above...

When I'm so sick I cry. When someone dies, I cry.

The other night someone made me cry with something they said. This morning a friend made me cry with something she said about herself, and that made me cry.

Some movies have made me cry, Patch Adams I think was the last one, a nice movie, but towards the end, it really made me cry, and I pass on watching it anymore, because that part is so disturbing.

Seeing Mark McGwire hit Homeruns 61 & 62, and 67-70 back in 98, in person, made me cry. Becasue ti was BASEBALL history. Getting Cal Ripken Jr's Autograph last year in Kansas City, made me so happy I almost cried.

So I'm a pussy I cry, WTF?

That new commercial by mlife. The long version. I canโ€™t remember just how it goes...something about 'why do we travel to distant places and search for familiar faces ... ' and so it goes on... gets me every time ... I am such a girl ;)

Unrequited love makes me cry.

"Cat's in the Cradle" made me cry at one point...

I haven't really cried in a while... I've gotten teary eyed over a sad thought, but didn't really cry.

actualy.

Cartoons i get too envolved in the story and cry.

that and music does it for me.

I suffer from overactive tear ducts

I can cry at the drop of a hat . . .

But most recently listening to Ibrahim Ferrer sing Comรณ Fue.

Thinking of a lsot family member or pet, esp. during an important event. You wish that they were there to hold you or see you in your moment. (or if a pet, that he/she was there to lick your face, or eat seeds from your hand).

*Nods* There is only so many times the Wile E. Coyote can fall before I start weeping.

And don't even get me started on the Loony Toon's theme song...

One of my very best friends telling me that no matter what we'd be ok. Just thinking about that conversation makes me get tears in my eyes again. Everyone should have a friend like that.

Every year during christmas and my birthday the same thing happens. I keep it in as long as I can then it just breaks and I cry.

First on Christmas Eve I spend that with my Mom's family and I get and open my birthday gift from her then. Every single year she signs the card Mom, Gary and Georgette. No big deal right? Gary is the man I had arrested for molesting me from the ages of 9-15. He plead guilty and did a tiny bit of time for it. I have no idea why she does it but she does.

Second every single damn year my dad forgets me. He doesn't invite me and my family to spend it with his family. Then 2 days later on my birthday he forgets me all over again. I'm 29 you'd think I'd outgrow the hurt but I haven't.

lilfrk, I'm so sorry to hear this. ((((((hugs))))) *offering you a mug of hot chocolate* being forgotten is never nice. I'm in the same situation as you, not with my family but with my "friends". I always try to make the best of it but it still hurts a lot. It doesnt matter which age you are.
*giving you a big hug* It is hard to comfort somebody online but I hope my hugs help.

Halo :rose:

My eyes seem to tear up more and more as I get older. Certain melodies, movies, even commercials can get me started!

My last big cry was the day before saying goodbye to my LDR who was returning home. It was hard to stay focused in each moment, as my heart kept tugging at me as I tried to take in all the sensations I could before letting Oman go.:rose:

I might cry a little tonight after the men's Olympic ice hockey game too!

I cry time and time again at the movie Beaches and Steel Magnolias. It doesn't matter how often I see them, tear city!

I have been known to cry when men compliment me...I am a sucker for a sweet man.

Have a great day!

Thank You Halo...you're a sweetheart. Your words are a comfort. I have learned to surround myself with other people that take care of me. So things aren't all bad.

I am very sentimental and cry easily. Something that has hurt me for the last 2 years is that I never hear from my only brother. After losing Justin, I really thought that he would be there for me, but once again, he isn't. He didn't call on my birthday or Justin's last year & didn't call on the second anniversary. I have called him, but he doesn't return my messages, so I have given up. I will continue to survive, but it hurts that my only brother cares so little for me.

lilfrk, I am so sorry for everything you have gone through. A friend of mine at work told me that she thinks that sometimes God gives us the family he does, so that we chose our friends wisely. Please know that my thoughts are with you, for someone to molest anyone is awful, to do it to a child is inexcusable and unforgiveable. Take care, Teresa

Halo :rose:

Right now it seem like everything....I have been very weepy the past few days. In general I am an sentimental and sensitive person. I usually cry when I am by myself. I dont like to cry in front of people. Sometimes I cant control the teary eyes, but I usually dont cry or sob in front of anyone else.

I did totally lose it at my dads funeral in November. I almost fainted, and if it werent for Dryfus' support I couldnt have made it through. When I here sad songs or songs that remind me of certain things I always get teary-eyed. I also get very misty when someone around me is going through a hard time. I always get sniffling at movies. I even cry sometimes when I am reading a sad part in a book.

I had to add that the news of the gruesomeness of Danny Pearls murder really made me cry today.

I guess I am just a big ol crybaby.

Well, I don't cry very easily, but, the last time I did, it was when I was listening to "Where Were You,(When The World Stopped Turning.)" And, I just got that slab of heartache,(no tears,)listening to "My List" by Toby Keith.

"Just start Livin, that's the next thing on My List."

In light of Sept. 11, that line just makes alot more sense.

I cry at everything these days! Damn coffee commercials *sniffle sniffle*

What makes me cry?

Pretty much anything these days :) I'm such a sap now, I get teary eyed about stuff I see on Tv or songs I hear for example. I never used to be that way lol

It is a surpise to you;) but I am emotional all time but on certain days I cry at the strangest things. I cry when I am happy as well as sad.
