What kind of accent just "does" it for you?

Anybody here go crazy (in a good way) when they hear certain accents from various places/countries? I know an Aussie or Scottish accent sets my heart racing, not to mention a sweet, Southern drawl.

Any others? ;)

This is not terribly original, but French!

I love the French language and the French people.

Oh la la !

Perhaps that is why I majored in French?

Or perhaps it was because it wsa the only thing I excelled in in college for which they would give credits.

:D

Depends

It depends on my mood. But I agree with the southern drawl. Living in Texas I love hearing a southern woman cum for me. Now if I am in a rowdy mood, I wanna hear the NY "Fuck me now" Accent and when I travel over seas, I love to hear the foreign orgasm.

Only if spoken by a sweet voiced female:

British, Scottish, Irish, Oz, Kiwi, French, Italian and Spanish

Turn offs:

Russian, Poland, German - too harsh and gutteral

Don't really do much for me:

Any Asian language accent. The reason for that is that many of the women I have met from Asia are extremely soft spoken, demure and passive, so much so that, with their accent and a slight hearing problem I have, if I can hear what they say, I usually have a problem understanding it.

While I find Asian women, especially Japanese women, very beautiful, and while I find their voices and accent pleasing if they speak up and aren't so passive, I do not like straining to hear and understand what they say, and I like women who are not so demure all the time. Yes, a stereotype I know, but one which I have some experience with, and one which there is data to support.

Speaking french I could say that often guys get real turn on by hearing my voice.... that is fun;)
But me I love the Scottish accent and the brithish one too:p

Francais, bien sur! Sacre vache!

Scandinavian accents are pretty sexy too. As are the people often found with them.

Ah, but which one? Sometimes people don't realize that there are two main Southern accents:

1) Redneck twang - mostly passed down through the lower
classes (example: Dolly Parton)

2) Southern drawl - an aristocratic legacy (examples: Scarlet O'Hara, Dixie Carter).

Though I think they influence each other quite a bit, it seems to me that they are quite distinct.

I speak the ugly twang, but the drawl is beautiful and loved worldwide.

Wondering which one I have...

Love that Aussie accent... NY... not really an accent, so much as a dialect, but I love listenin to Cajun men... and yeah, a sexy southern drawl

I love most American accents, just depending on the Voice, sexy voice = sexy accent.

Northern English just "does it" for me, I love the Manchester and Yorkshire accents the most, but again it depends on the person's voice. I love these accents because they always seem to be attached to the most fun loving people.

I think it also depends on what the person is saying to you for you to "fall" for an accent. If they whisper sweet nothings in your ear or have a fun conversation with you, their accent will stick in your mind more than if they abuse you or they are just plain nasty.

I have an Aussie accent (obviously) but I was raised by parents that grew up and still have a Manchester accent, so I don't have a "full" Aussie accent, some of my words are pronounced differently.

When you think about it, if you took the time, everyone could and would sound sexy if you let them.

Kiwi...nothing better than a Kiwi calling you babe to make your heart pound.

I prefer the one that's speaking to me at the time. I like accents alot, ind much like the women of lit, it's hard to choose just one favorite.

I am very partial to the soft burrrrrrrrr of the dark furred Scot. Damn those men know how to roll their tongues er, I mean their r'ssss.

Scottish, Southern USA, and Spanish accents really spin my wheels... :D

...And here I thought we were considered nasal;)

Britt,it's so elegant, but however it sounds, it's their language, therefore the official version.

Scottish accents are incredibly sexy, provided they aren't so thick that I can't understand them.

Sometimes not understanding them is half the fun... ;)
