I was at Chili's for lunch and had the thing they call a "Lettuce Wrap". Essentially, it's a Thai-themed chicken mixture you wrap burrito-style into lettuce leaves, Bibb, in this case. The peanut sauce accompaniment is pretty damn good. Oh, and iced tea with lots of lemon.
