I've breastfed 3 kids, you have to expect some sagging of some sort (well unless you're lucky like pink). Even so I don't think they look all that bad. I preferred the way they looked when I was 18 but who wouldn't.

I think it depends on how much your breast size increases during pregnancy and breast feeding, then how much weight you lose from them once you stop. It was in my case anyhow.

I have the same problem every year, if i want the abs i have to lose the tits, they're always the first fuckers to disappear.
