My thumbs tend to get scratched in odd ways, usually at the lowest knuckle from scraping against something (and I broke one just horsing around with a friend when I was a kid). I've had all my other digits jammed playing basketball, but yeah, those middle fingers stick out just a little bit further than the rest and take the brunt of the impact.
