I'm sorry to read this and I'll really hate not seeing you posting here on Lit.

While I agree that the hostility here on the PG and Lit in general has been unpleasant its really always been somewhat that way. How we address conflict on a sparsely moderated forum is problematic. Your voice is every bit as important as any others here as is your opinion. I hope that you do decide to stick around here.

Jenny, I agree the PG has become a much less friendly place over the last few months.

There are a handful of loud antagonist voices that drown out others for sport but that goes in cycles, and it will pass. Then there is healthy discussion. Sometimes the lines blur. I’m tired those loud antagonist voices.

I hate to see you stop posting instead of just waiting the cycle out. I wouldn’t have thought you were the one anyone would have put on ignore from yesterday’s interactions.

No need for you to leave or apologize. You are one of the more classiest Litsters here & I haven't seen anything bad from you that would warrant you leaving.

Lit isn't that easy to just walk away from, at least not for me. I thought I could, but I ended up missing this place and my friends too much. It actually made me more depressed than what I normally am.

I've never figured out what the secrete to true Lit happiness is and mostly suspect a lot of folks are just having snippets of fun here and there for momentary distraction. But to the ones who are living their Lit dream then more power to them.

Leaving here thought is a whole lot tougher than it looks. I admire the way Matt Next Door did and kind of suspect his reasoning for doing so. Leaving on a happy note isn't a bad thing to do when it's time.
