Dad mentioned how he has a gentle demeanor, and he was great with the horses he said he heard him before he saw him "Hello Mr Horse how are you today?" and yes he does the impression. My dad was a jockey and a stable lad just for context.

It’s always nice to hear when beloved celebrities are just as lovely as their public personas! He is definitely one of my favorites. @Btq97 and I were just watching Qi together over Skype the other day too

I'll admit that one shocked me dad talked about him so much I missed most of the episode he stopped once and we started watching but then he said something on the show that reminded him of something else he said so he started again. It's a great show too

I can read deleted comments, just FYI. I agree with you. I just don’t think either board is nastier than the other. The GB has trolls who operate like shock jocks. Without them, there’s no difference. I personally prefer in your face over saccharine.

Most of the GB regulars have moved on. Aside from the iso thread, and above mentioned trolls, there’s little difference now. It’s only those of us who’ve been here a long time who remember how it was.
