American woman came out in early 1970. There was an underground radio station on the beach in Lake Worth, Fla. My friend T. Dever (RIP) had the new Guess Who album and we took it to the station and our friend the DJ played it first for South Fla. The phone rang off the hook wanting to know who it was. Ah, the good old daze.
 
1968.....Glen Campbell - "Witchita Lineman" - never realized this was originally by Glen Campbell and everyone else did covers of it. Leant something today LOL

 
King Crimson: “21st Century Schizoid Man” (1969) & "In the Court f the Crimson King" - OMG. I have a CD of the album this came out on stashed away somewhere - lifted from my granddad - going to have to go find it now -
