Another first listen. Opinion later...

I have everything these guys have done - and for some reason they never clicked with me. But this dual-album got rave reviews, so I'm hoping to be blown away...

I've now spun this double-album many times.

It's very good, and I can understand why it's been highly rated. But just doesn't excite me.

Kinda electronica, kinda proggy, kinda jazzy.

Eyes from the Rubidium album reminds me a bit of several groups combined. Maybe Threshold, ELO, Sound Of Contact, ..... I can't really describe it ..... other than 14 enjoyable minutes.

...and from this I learned that Soundgarden also covered "Big Bottom". Excellent.
