What are we all writing right now?

Uhhh, wrote a story after an ancient desire, first ever published here, then at the break of dawn. theres a small typo, he instead of her* anyone know of a way to edit a published story just fix one letter. and wrote one very moved by the spirit, just the couple going off making their escape. up for publication.

Okay okay, so this could totally be used in a murder mystery, where the murderer left a text on the victims phone saying that they hid the weapon in the coach, and then the detectives spend the whole book trying to figure out what sort of coach they left it in, only to realize that the murderer had a typo and they actually hid it in the couch!

Well geez, way to ruin it for me! You could have used the SPOILER ALERT tag, you know!

Follow the instructions in the FAQ (here). Bear in mind that it can take weeks, even a month or more.

If it's just one typo, you might be able to describe the edit in the "Notes to the editor" field and get it replaced that way. (The same as with editing tags and changing the story title.) This will mean that Laurel can just make the change without having to review the entire story again, so it will be much faster. But I can't promise that this will work.

But to be perfectly honest, you're probably better off just leaving the typo. As long as the story overall is well-written, nobody really cares.

SAMHAIN-THE HOWL

heres how i found it. samhain is the irish name of this season. the spirit world veil is at its thinnest and theyre out and about on the earth plane

I am in the middle of 3 projects.
- a non-erotic sci-fi short novel about a disabled man who gets abducted by an alien species and has to figure out his life as part of their culture. The main alien species is delicate, doesn't have a real concept of "disability" (kinda like how you can't really have a 3-legged horse) and so he's forced to prove himself over and over again as functional. There's a small romance subplot with one of the aliens, but as that alien is a fluidic type, there's no sex per se.
- a forced-proximity dubcon-turns-romance about a bounty hunter and a fugitive. Dystopian cyberpunk kinda setting. Main character is non-binary. So far there's only been one sex scene; it ended up being more of a slow burn than I intended.

- a gay BDSM romance with a trans guy (again. Lol. I have a couple of those.). Doing some playing with gender roles in it, as the trans male character identifies as a "femboy" despite definitely wanting to be a guy.
