I can read from the Lit. GB, but I can't post replies. I am not even sure if this new thread post will go through. If it does, will someone please tell me why, for the last 20 minutes or so, I have not been able to post a reply to any threads; the server keeps timing out and losing my replies.

Very frustrating; even if this post goes through, I probably won't be able to post any replies to the thread.

STG, I'm having a similar problem. I only seem to be able to respond to new threads, as opposed to ones that are a couple pages long.

Yep, I am able to reply to this thread (although it takes forever), but I do not seem able to reply to any thread that is longer than one page.

Laurel, Manu? This is one time I think there is something wrong with the board. Can you fix it please?

Okay, so I was wrong; after about the tenth try a reply to a multipage thread just went through. Must be some problem with the Lit. server being slow tonight.

I had other things to do anyway.

The last time that happened to me, I emailed the "webmaster", Manu and asked him

I recieved the nicest reply!

That has happened once in a while, but this last hour it has been just plain server timeouts. I would go and check to make sure it didn't post before I tried again, because I sometimes get double posts if I am not careful, but that wasn't the case this time; I just could not post a reply.

I've had the same trouble for the last two days, then all of a sudden today... BAM... quadruple post. Go figure.

I backed all the way out of Lit and then got back in. Now the board is working fine for me. Sort of like the usual "turn it off and try again" solution.

Ok so now I can reply ok. But then I just got like 8 e-mails saying that the exact same person had answered something that I posted. But I had posted after that person. Go figure.
