Having waited tables in college, I know the answer to this one. You fill up on the shrimp cocktails, potato skins and calamari rings so the starving college students who are waiting tables can scarf down the steaks and lobster tails you don't finish. Please put the condiments on the side. We don't all appreciate mustard on our prime ribs.
