Weddings>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Hi, it is me - Miles. Me and my gay lover ProblemChild are engaged to be married. Yet I know that there are people out there who are racists towards us phaaags. Personally, I don't see the problem in gay relationships. Maybe there are one or two. For instance - How will we have children? What is the point of living if not for children? Me and ProblemChild cannot have children, and that is a real PROBLEM. In addition, all religions including my own Jewish religion forbids such a relationship. I understand that if any society or religion condones such behaviour - that society is likely to become dysfunctional: one of the reasons for humans to even exist IS to Pro-create to pass on their genes; to pass on their values - a sort of immortality is gained. It is not survival of the fittest, it is nature pushing us along. An innate knowledge to exist and create for creations sake. It has become a defacto reason for living since we do not REALLY know WHY on earth we were created. Faith helps us, guides us through life: faith that is embodied in religion. Yet religion forbids my relationship with ProblemChild. Even so, I cannot bear to think my life as merely a sexual orientation. We are more than that, are we not? Is religion the end all and be all? Do I subsume myself in religion and purge my WILL to BE and natural instincts for the greater good of society and my long-term survival (i.e. my genes forwarded to the next gen.)?

Does gay gene really exist? I don't think so. I think it is a lie cooked-up by my jewish brothers. I think it is 90% conditioning and 10% bad luck. U'know, when your stuck in a job you don't like?...Yes, you just fall into these things - I guess.

But you do not see the consequences do you?

What of our children?

They will be confused, they will become alienated from society. They will not have the valuable linkages of two 'normal' parents, the backdrop and relationships with elders such as mum, dad, grandmother, grandfather, cousins and so on. They will not feel 'normal'. They will become disenchanted.

Who will be their role models? Certainly not me, a one who has gone against the tide of society and invoked its displeasure. I cannot be a part of that society which I grew up in and nor can this (future problem)child of mine. It will have to grow outside of noramalcy. Outside of society. What will happen to him/her?

Moreover, how can I do this to my religion? It is against all the teachings. WE ARE THE CHOSEN ONE'S DAMNIT!!!!
