Two Syrian jets took off today from the air base that was hit by U.S. missiles and carried out strikes on areas under ISIS control in the countryside of eastern Homs, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

I'm not so sure they have the logistical capability to carry out the destruction of Iran's widely dispersed nuclear program. Most likely they would need Saudi landing rights or a massive air refueling capability for dozens of tactical aircraft operating on or beyond their combat radius because the more fuel you have to carry means less ordinance on target and visa versa. Iran now has the best Soviet air defense system in operation. Israel, so far, has little stealth capability.
