The article failed to mention how fast the Tesla was pushed to go on the trails. It
also hid the fact that 1 of the tracks "had a problem".

And ANYONE who uses the regular wheel lugnuts on the adaptor DESERVES
everything that's gonna happen to them. Which kind of makes me wonder
if "the problem" was the lug nut tearing through the adaptor hub.

And, of course, it appears that no one even thought about how the
extra leverage on the axle might strain the factory parts beyond design.
