But, curiosity got the best of me and an image search found that this property was actually near Willow, AK and not Tok. It's a day's drive between these locations, so it's not an easy miss. This is the dream cabin.

If you have a shitty-built house, and it's cold outside, this happens when you crank up the wood stove.

fireplaces and wood burning stoves inside a house create a draft through out the rest of the house so even if it is warm where the fire is, the rest of the house gets cold real quick
