That, Sentient Life, is utter and complete horseshit. There will be multiple forms to complete, and then background checks to submit (the operative term is "submit/submission") and then to wait for, all in the interest of doing things legally and correctly. What's too easy is their access to the web to abuse as a venue for their whiny bitchy testicle-less spewing of their narrative, which id devoid of both fact and logic. What makes it deplorable is that they act like the know while having nothing resembling a clue to the truth, to fact. Surprising to see Teal make a political comment, but she has a point. I like Teal.

She makes good points but some of it is fluff masquerading as mysticism.

Like most gurus she began as someone exploring her way to enlightenment. She figured out a way to personally move forward and begin problem solving for herself over the rough bits in her life. Unfortunately that's morphed a bit into the typical me, me, me, me thing. It's why her relationships still sour and she still lives "in trauma." However, overall the things she talks about are generally true and helpful for most people's understanding.

I would suggest that WELL REGULATED, being the first words TRUMPS the rest. If you want to define arms that might help. I said OK, ARMS1 Nuclear arms should be covered then too. Let me go back and get some of the juicy 1 megaton bombs I worked on in the Air Force. My suggestion is gun nuts are usually wing nuts too.

She reminds me of a woman who wrote a couple of books as part of her search/discovery/recovery. And there was the touch of mysticism about it/them/her also. Whereas she had many good points, in her case, I think there was a bit of a disconnect between her words and her practice of her words. She and Teal both have some of the same issues, so because of her, I tend to suspect that Teal may have a similar failing in the practice. Because of that, their message tends to have a touch of Do As I Say Not As I Do. Allah know we get more than enough of that gaslit bullshit around here.


I respect them, but some of that stuff and some of their history doesn't need to be put "out there."

In this case THE GOVERNMENT is well regulated IN ORDER TO PREVENT infringing on the rights of THE CITIZEN.

You can 'suggest' any damn thing you want and you'd still be wrong. "Well regulated" in 18th century speak means to be well armed, to be in good order. What it does NOT mean is that some government entity is in control.

I used some stripper (bitches gotta know somethin' besides nekkid) to take off most of the finish on the WRA stock. The front handguard had been dyed - it's different wood. Anyway, it's now heavy-stained with Special Walnut, and the rest of it got a quick wipe with the stain. It's a better somewhat lighter color.


The new/old/rebuilt rifle is fabulous. Bright shiny bore, almost a mirror chamber, a brand new barrel end with perfect crown. It all seems tight. It'll be great to take it to the range and see where the bullets hit and get it sighted in. Being the age of the receiver, if it went to Europe, it's got a chance of being a legit Nazi killer.
