Way back in October 2024, the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments that a so-called "ghost gun" was NOT a "firearm", just a collection of parts that, when assembled, became a lethal untraceable steel peener substitute.
At the time, I noted the Supreme Court did not seem amused.
Today the Supreme Court issued their decision in Bondi v. VanDerStok (formerly Garland v. VanDerStok). The ruling was in FAVOR of the United States, by a vote of 7-2 (!!!!!!)
Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh joined the 5-4 majority that had tentatively upheld some regulation of Ghost Guns previously (Allito and Thomas dissented of course). Gorsuch issued a scathing rebuke to the VanDerStok company, which swore before the Supreme Court that oh no, these are not firearms and should not be considered one for purposes of regulation, whilst simultaneously taking out full page ads in all the Guns 'n Ammo mags that Wat Tyler regulary faps to, with three words in 60-point type

This is especially noteworthy because up until today Neil Gorsuch had a history of twisting legalisms into pretzels to make any and all firearms available to anyone.
Sooo, effective immediately, "Ghost Guns" are now subject to every single motherfucking regulation of firearms that the ATF has, and can no longer be sold without a uniquely traceable serial number. Attempting to purchase one will now require a federal background check. They can still be "sold", but only as a firearm.
A good day for gun control in America. A not-so-good day for the lawless ammosexuals among us.
So fuck you, RightGuide
And fuck you too, Ammosexual Wat
And fuck you as well, with a side order of "eat a bag of dicks" to Ishmael/Bellasarius/Rebel5Soul, who attempted to gaslight everyone (to get teh libtards to 'play defense') with the following bullshit;

Naturally, our three Politics Board ammosexuals (@Rightguide @Rebel5soul and @Wat_Tyler) immediately began caterwauling nonstop (as beta males are prone to do0 and responded "NUH UH!" very loudly......and it turns out it didn't matter one bit.
"Ghost Gun" manufacturers had their say in the Supreme Court today. To say it did NOT go well for them would be an understatement.
Virtually all nine Justices vivisected and skewered the sketchy arguments that the lawyers made claiming a "second amendment defense" of 'ghost guns'.
Looks like the end of 'ghost guns' in Murica is upon us.

In the Vanderstock v. Garland case (ghost guns) going before the SCOTUS, the Solicitor General on behalf of the ATF has been caught lying to the court.....................twice. The court doesn't like liars.
