These statements only come as attacks on the Constitution if you begin with the premise that Biden was not placed in office fraudulently by the left and those opposing the will of the American people acting VERY unconstitutionally. How many? There's probably no way of knowing. You can easily find posts in this thread where Yours Truly is accused of being one of those who will "snap" in spite of a substantial track record of making socially acceptable decisions and taking socially acceptable actions. I suspect that too many people are inclined to look the other way when they see someone out of whack because they don't want to take the time or don't want to get involved. Whereas I may not be my brother's keeper, I have to remember also that he's still my brother so he ain't really all that heavy.

The beauty of the FairTax is that it is only on new items hence the poor pay no tax on that used car or first starter home, the tax has already been paid by someone who had the discretionary income to purchase it new.
