If you ever paid attention to what I write I mentioned rape as an exclusion to the contraception rule. I consider molestation rape . I never said the slut deserved it. You however said that the man is ALWAYS responsible for the pregnancy which is bull shit. There are plenty of cases where a woman swore she was on birth control and wasn't and then was impregnated by some guy that trusted her. I trusted no woman I ever had sex with regarding contraception, other than my wife. I always wore a condom. Hard to lie about that.

The enactment of universal background checks, registration, training, etc, would conform to the “well regulated militia” part of the 2nd amendment.

Today, with so many ADVANCED weapons floating around, and the additional stressors of MODERN society and the accompanying increase in extreme antisocial acts, a “well regulated militia” takes on a whole new level of meaning and importance.

Consensual sex is just that consensual. Both parties agreed to sexual intercourse. If the woman was not on birth control she should have spoken up and said you have to wear a condom if the man didn't offer. I never asked, I just said I have a condom and used it.
