Until Khan-E clears up some of the questions raised by this statement, I would urge each and every one of you to wait, for the reasons detailed below:

1) If someone has indeed leaked an email address, then changing your email address will do nothing, because they will still have the capability to leak it in future.
2) You will end up giving the hard-working servers of lit even more to do, as well as give yourself additional work.
3) Khan-E is dramatic and also quite bad at manipulation, so I would suggest this may be no more than an attempt to make other posters look bad, or garner sympathy/attention.

Until more information is given here, could I suggest that no-one have a knee-jerk reaction to this post.

I did once try a similar recipe to this one...

Cantonese sweet and sour spam

2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp sugar
1 lg. carrot, sliced diagonally
3 tbsp catsup
6 green onions, sliced 1/4"
3 tbsp vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger
1 small cucumber, cut in chunks
1 tsp soy sauce
2/3 cups water
12-oz can SPAM, cubed 1/2"
1 tbsp cornstarch
8-oz can bamboo shoots, drained

In wok or large skillet, cook oil over medium heat. Add carrot, green onion, garlic and cucumber; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender (4 to 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients except SPAM and bamboo shoots. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until suce is thickened (5 to 6 minutes). Add SPAM and bamboo shoots. Cook over medijm heat until heated through (4 to 5 minutes). If desired, serve over rice. Yield: 4 servings

I find that if you take the spam, slice it very very thin, coat it in a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic, and cayanne pepper, then take it, deep fry it for just a few seconds, then slather it in spicy-sweet mustard, put it on a paper plate, take a half-dozen slices of pastrami, put those on the same plate with some rye bread, and then toss the spam in the trash, you can have a pretty tasty sammich

I like the breakfast sammiches all the time. That's about all I can take from McD's.

Can't start drinking again. Meeting some buds for a beer event at noon, and that'll be a challenge.
