I used to sit in a little Mexican cafe that was next to a park that was next to the ocean. On Sunday evenings, they'd have a little band playing in the corner, the sun would set across the ocean and the swaying palms in the park would create dancing shadows across the windows of the cafe. The orange of the sunlight against the green blue sky was intoxicating. It's a color much different than anything that we see here on the east coast, i think it has to do with the reflection of light off the ocean. That's the place to have a marguarita.

that does sound like a nice place. I'd also be willing to bet their mexican food is better than here also.
