The weather in central VA has been a vast improvement the last couple of days, so good, in fact, that, when I finish my last field appointment tomorrow, I am playing hooky for the rest of the week!!!!

I have been to this board before some time ago seems the post have picked up as well as some very fine pics I was curious then as I am now if any of the members have ever done more than post. As in live one on one or more fun?

I have meet a person in NoVa, and it was just that, a meeting. We did have fun, and coffee (well, my case - hot coco, gave coffee up years ago), got to meet the childern, but the flick of animal heat wasnb't there. Still remain good friends, and that is the most important part for me. And in this case, fun means just hanging out - no sex.

I have meet another 2 people from here, and that proved to be FUN in the other way - as in 3-some. I have meet one of them again for a second FUN way, and a few other times for a fun day out. Will be meeting again, but for fun, not FUN, when the 3 of us get together soon.

The biggest problem for me is that I don't travel that much. Car broke down last year, and can't afford to keep an old junker running, can't afford a new one. I do get around some, but it takes a little bit of planning on my part. I know my way around Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Tidewater area (it has been years), NoVa/Wash DC metro area (just a few years ago) Richmond (visit my sister from time to time), and I find my way around most anywhere I happen to be.

Hope this provides some encouragement. Not everything is sexual, and I value friendships more than sex (can always find a fuck somewhere, can't always find a friend). Just remember, some encounters may be just sex, like a one night stand, but most people here are looking for more.

Yep, it has been a while since I have been active on Lit, and over here on the Virginia Directory less so. Glad to know that you are still alive and kicking. How did those mud pies turn out? Sure your rose bush(es) will provide the answer.

Are you still interested in info about horse events? There is a couple places around that sale riding gear, and they should be able to point you in the right direction for local special interest groups. There is a store here in Charlottesville that mentioned they have a store located near the Centerville Expo center, and they should have a list of local clubs, groups, and official organizations in the metro area for you.

I'm interested, I should be identifying fall events. It's too hot to spend much time outside these days...phew....but early October is delightful around here and a good day spent in the mountains would be fun.

The weather in Centeral VA

It seems as if the moiuntains stop a lot of stuff, and keeps it out of, or parks it in, our front yard. I used to chat with a friend in Ky, and the friend would have to disconnect as it was storming so bad, yet we wouldn't see a drop. The high presure from Bermuda seems to of parked itself over us. I have a couple friends in the mountians just to the west of me, one north, the other south, and it is 5 to 10 degrees cooler in there parts of woods. Can't help but think of the song "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" We could use a good snow this winter - the ground level of water is so low. I thought I saw a blade of green grass two weeks ago, but like the weather, I waited a day or two, and it was gone.

National Steeplechase Association, Virginia Steeplechase Association, and of course, the one close to home for me - The Foxfield Races Sorry, they are all steeplechases, but offer a starting point.

The store that I was thinking of, near the Expo Center, is Dominion Saddlery. The local people seem to know something or two about horses (or so I would hope), and should be able to let you know about local events, such as an annual Wash, DC horse show.

Well, things have changed abit, but out with the old....Hi P4U, Mike*, LTGR - still haven't had that coffee (ask Mike, I am harmless), Nic, my friend, and Adam, where is Adam?

Someone asked about meeting up with people on lit, well, here it goes.

I have met for coffee or lunch or some other public event with about 7 people from this thread alone. Would be more, some are just really all talk, as if I could really get them into trouble, well, really, I'd like to sometimes, but that is another story. everyone I have met has been very nice, with the noted exception of "IamRay" -you'll have to scroll through history for that one though, leyts jusy say he isn't real bright and his wife was not real happy. My husband thought the whole thing was hilarious. Anyway, I am forever(or was forever) inviting people out for java or lunch and actually they sometimes respond. Haven't been on line much lately only because my personal life went into overdrive even if my sex life or want of a sex life hasn't. The offer is always open for people who want to chat or have a cup of java, and as frustrated as I am sexually, I just don't make an atractive package at the moment, so there isn't any pressure either way in that respect. But like I said, I have met some really nice people and consider them among my friends. There is one individual who did chicken out on me after I drove down to Southern Virginia exclusively for him, and he stood me up. That WAS to be a romantic tryst, his loss, though after a year on line with this joker and all the shenanigans that I had to pull to make it work, I cannot say it it didn't hurt. Still does, but I guess that I would rather hurt while I can still feel something, rather than shut myself down completely. Still not healed from this last fiasco though. But this reverend mama is a toughy. So anyone want to share a cuppa with a bbw buxom blond(emphasis on the Big) with a decent smile who likes to laugh, you can read my bio way back on page one or two! Glad to see you all still here, missed ya!

Sorry you had some bad experiences. But, this might be expected from any endeavors we take on. Always some good with the bad.
The light approach with no expectations is what I would shoot for.
And if anything happens all the better. There’s a lot one or two can do for fun and/or sexual release.......................... Anyway, always open to any ideas.
