hey all, long time no see, hows life treating everyone? :catroar:

I was wondering the same. Posts here are like the wane and waxing of the moon. BTW, I went out for a brief run and saw the yellowish glow. It was a bit captivating and I wonder what cosmic forces were pulling tonight.

I rarely post on this medium anymore. It takes some social lubrication to get accustomed to life back in VA. However, the new work is kewl because they spoil me to death and other aspects are becoming a bit more stable. But don't kid me because it's still the Metro/DC area and that in itself is a nutshell.

Hiya Verge,

long time no see. :) Have you found that special woman yet up there to merge energies with? (or other words, " who can take ya to the verge?" ;))

Hi everyone else,

Glad to see folks posting on here. been a bit quiet, been bizy myself. Hope everyone is staying cool w/ the recent heat.

so what do we need to do to get folks to start talking and stop lurking?? :)
That is the 64 thousand dollar question. ;)
Sometimes it's easier being a lurker. Sometimes I can't keep up with any of my mail, so trying to keep up with this group can be a real challenge.

But I'll try.

Morning GC,

so when do I get my 64 thousand?? huh huh?? hehe.

I understand that it can be easier to lurk, tho doesnt that take away from being on a chat board? hmm..... thoughts to ponder during a day.

Thank you for offering to help me try and keep the board going.  It is very appreciated :)

Dont think it will take anything less than a group effort to keep the board going, but i toss my hat in to the ring to help  Anyone got anything interesting going on today?

Hi Noptcha,

Thanks for the offer hun. :) Taking an animal guide class tomorrow and saturday I have a dinner and movies plan. Suppose to go see "Narnia... the lion, witch and wardrobe". :)

I was in Richmond, just visiting. It's a pretty city. I like Monument Drive.

I always have a difficult time staying warm at this time of year. I spent 10 years in Los Angeles and so now I get cold when the temps dip below 70. Brrrr....

I remember one year it was 94 degrees on New Years Day. I lived on the beach (about 50 feet from the beach) so I just rolled out of bed and onto the sand. The next day my neighbors and I went skiing. It was excellent.

There's lot to do here too though. This area is particularly beautiful (but cold) during the holidays. I like the decorations, but I'm much happier in a climate where Santa Clause can wear red and white trimmed shorts. :)

Anytime you'd like - of course I'd probably have to pay it to you in installments.
