Vinde, glad you enjoyed it. I love the scene where they're in the little boat and the candles come up.

Awwww cc of course i miss you when you're not here. I miss any of my friends when they aren't here.
And yes the part with the boat was incredibly well done. Would have been neat to see how they did all the special effects.

Thanks, Vinde. It did. It does. But enough. I'm glad you liked the show. I miss that so much about NYC - to be able to go to a show on the spur of the moment if I wanted to.

you said you listented to opera right? I do too, but not sure exactly what i like, but looking to download some new music, if you have any recomendations for me that would be cool.
I know what you mean about seeing shows whenever you want to, wish i could too, but we live in a small town and have to go to calgary to see anything good.
We saw cats this spring, but i didn't like it so much.

I still have about 20% of the garage to finish uo this morning and try to give away stuff that I can't use any longer. I almost filled a 3 cubic yard trash container yesterday and gave awy loads of stuff... Almost all my fishing gear, stained glass tools and supplies....

After I clean it all out I have to pack what needs packing and organize the rest.

Wednesday the carpet is installed, Thursday the cable T.V. will be installed along with the alarm system then Friday the movers show up at 8 am....

I'm running out of time... Thank goodness for the garage sellers who are bringing people around for the grand give away... I gave awy more than I put in the trash and people were dumpster diving for even more!

I'm so tired that I'm having trouble thinking...

I'll need a week to recover after the move Friday....

Looking for specific arias? See if you can find Pavarotti's Nessun Dorma. Tell me how you like it. Also, his old warhorses - Vissi d'arte, Un Bel Di, and that gorgeous short piece from Gianni Schicchi, O mio babbino caro. I guess you can tell I love Puccini and the arias he wrote.

I saw Cats a while back. Thought the first act was boring, but liked the second act because there was a story to it. Even though I knew it was coming when what's her name was picked, I still felt it. Plus I love Memories.
