Video Editing Software?

I have a number of video clips of my partner and I fucking that are all very short due to being filmed many years ago on less advanced technology. I would like to make then into one long clip.

Can anyone recommend some software for this, preferably free and preferably simple to use. For a PC not a mac.

I've used Windows Movie Maker for simple editing like that before, and it was very easy to work with. I'm sure there are better programs out there, but if you want free and easy, then it's likely worth trying.

look on videohelp.com and dvdhelp.com there is lots of advise on there and if you get stuck or have any problems the peeps on there are usually pretty helpful too. If you search on there thare are lots of free 'how to' guides to help using both free and 'paid for' software.
