This is the ceiling of the Lackawanna Train terminal in Scranton which is now a Radisson hotel. Several areas of the stained glass is missing/removed exposing the structure above from the lobby floor. Additionally, the corridors to the rooms have window openings allowing you to look into the structure. This was taken from the third floor, just above the stained glass.
