Hello Everyone, ANZAC DAY here in Oz. Sadly no WW1 veterans left and the WW11 vets are very thin on the ground also. Now, mostly Dawn Services around the country.

In times past there would've been thousands of service men and women marching in Sydney [on Anzac Day]. I can remember back in the sixties as a young lad watching the march on TV.....thousands of veterans from the first war and second....there were even a few Boer War vets (in Land Rovers). Time waits for no one.😔

My grandfather was at Gallipoli and served on the Western Front also. He was gassed towards the end but at least survived. He died before I had an opportunity to talk to him about his experiences and indeed, at the time, I didn't really understand the importance and magnitude of it all. I do now.

On a lighter note.....................

We have lost to many people to the horrors of war. it is so sad. Having said that, these are very lovely shots of Vanessa. Very sexy

Actually flying out tomorrow to Sydney. Haven’t been able to make it down since early spring of 2020 and can’t wait to get back in country for a couple of weeks.

Indeed is a day to reflect on those who paid the price for others. Especially given current events in Europe.
I found this day became more nationalistic during the Howard years and more overtly about displays of Aussie pride and draping the flag all over yourself. It's coming back around to being a more sombre and sober remembrance now though and I find that's more in keeping with my own values regarding Anzac Day.
Thanks for the pic drop, any day is a good day with some added Vanessa in it. I'm particularly liking that little four pic collage, she's looking damn good there. I'd love to find her like this.
I very much agree with your take on Anzac Day 👌
Hi Richard
it is a shame that those who sacrificed so much ,so we can enjoy the freedoms we do, have past. But if they were around now to see what the Russians are doing in Europe, I think they would be ashamed to see how little mankind has learned. We have a long way to go, and I sometimes wonder if we have the time or ability to learn the lessons we need to.
Thanks for the wonderful pictures of the gorgeous Vanessa, they truly lighten the mood and remind one what is really important in life. Sharing life with a beautiful woman and sharing that beauty with others. Thanks for sharing.
Mankind would appear to have learned nothing.....all the way back to the stone age, nothing has changed. Very welcome re the pics.
Back in the 70’s I worked with a couple of guys that had been forced Labour on the Burma Railway. Neither would talk about their experiences and both had a fair bit of ‘sick’ days. The bosses used to ensure they didn’t lose out financially even though they exceeded agreed paid sick leave. Both died in their mid to late 60’s from illnesses related to those times.

Love your pics.
Great bosses. 👍
We could think of Vanessa as a lady of leisure by those photos, but have observed you both putting in some hard graft over the years tackling home improvements that I do not have the skill or energy to contemplate. Do you now take things a little easier?
Yes, we're in the middle of another reno at the moment; a brick federation place built about 1910. Fortunately, it's more about organising others to do the work this time.

Still, it's becoming a bit of a chore, albeit very worthwhile. Don't have the energy I used to. Hope to just take it a bit easier after this one's finished.🤞

ANZAC Day was commemorated over here at the Cenotaph at Whitehall and in a service at Westminster Abbey. I remember visiting the Australian Forces Museum at Canberra almost 20 years ago and will never forget what you sacrificed for us back here over the many decades. It has been rightly stated that Gallipoli was where Australia found its nationhood.

Thank you!

Even though your latest image is not available I know you look wonderful. Happy Easter girl!

I don't know why some of the pics disappear, sorry Cowman ... but thank you for your compliments, and a very belated Happy Easter to you too.

hello woman of my dreams, always beautiful and always desirable in any position you are portrayed. I hope in a new image of you where, in addition to your perfect nude, your fantastic face is also portrayed. In the meantime, I wish you a wonderful Easter together with your dear Richard. Amiche

Many thanks from both of us Amiche.

I have been away for so long and last time I checked she was gone.. So glad your back, first place I look.. such a beautiful sexy woman

That's nice to know RMS .. thanks so much.

Saw this and it reminded me of your elegant accentuated classic lines

Now that's a great compliment Nick. :)

As long as we see your posts im happy V&R x

Yes, I agree it was a worry when the nationalism started creeping in, P. I find it surprising and reassuring that people haven't forgotten those times. I too grew up with parents who were directly affected by WWII so remember when it was very much in peoples' minds and memories.

Many thanks for your compliments as always.

Yes, that's true about the current war, Binns .. I guess it's just part of human nature, unfortunately. Glad we could lighten your mood, and thank you.

How sad. I don't think any of us can really appreciate how hard those times were. Thank you Todge. :)

Great photos Richard, I especially like the full length B/W such natural grace Vanessa.

We could think of Vanessa as a lady of leisure by those photos, but have observed you both putting in some hard graft over the years tackling home improvements that I do not have the skill or energy to contemplate. Do you now take things a little easier?

:) That's true Oh, we have been working pretty hard all these years trying to get things just so and find the right place to live. I guess we're both realising how worn out we are now and looking to making the most of where we are now. A lady of leisure is indeed something I aspire to now. x

Bless those who served that are still with us and those who are gone.
If my wife read books around the house dressed as Vanessa does, I'd never let her run out of them.

Well said, FDW ...

Haha .. doesn't sound like she'd get much reading done though!

IMHO we can't thank the vets enough for all they've done.
My father was a WWII vet. When I was a teenager in the 70's, my folks had a cocktail party with several other couples coming over. All the guys were WWII vets. A couple of drinks into it, they started telling "war stories". My mom pulled me aside and pointed out that my dad and one of the other guys weren't saying anything. She said that the guys that had seen real combat *never* wanted to talk about it.
My dad hit the beach at Iwo Jima. The only thing I ever heard him say about the battle was, "it was too bad having to burn them out with flamethrowers"

back to the photos, as always, they're outstanding

That's a really interesting observation, jc. I think the battle in the Pacific was just another story entirely, I don't know how anyone could function normally after going through that.

Lovely as always V!

Thank you, Birdman. :)

Sehr schön!!!

Vielen dank, Oliver!

We have lost to many people to the horrors of war. it is so sad. Having said that, these are very lovely shots of Vanessa. Very sexy

Too true, Gn ... I'm afraid it will never change, though.
thank you x

Actually flying out tomorrow to Sydney. Haven’t been able to make it down since early spring of 2020 and can’t wait to get back in country for a couple of weeks.

Sad times, my grandfather was in WW11 and was a POW, he was captured in Greece with a large number of Australians and NZ troops and spent the rest of the war with them in Stalag 18.

Yes, I think that's true, MCPW .. Anzac Day here is about much more than just the wars. And the War Museum in Canberra is fascinating I agree.

Beautiful pictures. Can't wait to see more. I'd love a chance to rub those feet and admire those breasts.

Well, I can't get too much foot rubbing, NE .. so that sounds like a good arrangement to me!

What a nice thing to say, thank you Fab.

They were indeed. I certainly heard a lot about the civilian experience when I was growing up, so also grew to understand the importance.

My goodness MS. V your body is deliciously sexy. You inspire me to work on my body as I get older. Thanks for all you do. Have a great week.

Flew to Griffith for a couple of days last week and working my way back up north. Weather has been wonderful. Good to see so much rain in country and how green everything is.

The fact that you respond to each and every one of us is sweet. It makes us feel special. Thank you. You are wonderful as well as beautiful.

Just a quick stop-by from America's heartland. Glad to see the sexiest lady on the internet and her husband are doing well. Always a great day when I see a new post from V & R.
