I have a seagate 5gig microdrive, it is a small drive fully powered by the usb connection. It is a lower cost than actual memory sticks of that size. It does by its nature of being an actual drive seem to be more fragile but I have been carrying it around for 6 months with no issues. Here is a link to them on NewEgg.com
