Oh dear gosh ...... how i wish my wife would had sat exactly like this at the bbq we attended this past weekend!!!So... I have to say, I love wearing a short skirt in public. And I love the idea that someone might get a "peak" of something that maybe they shouldn't.
Personally for me though, I like to wear knickers (panties) when I am doing this. And I also like to see upskirt shots where the model is wearing knickers too.
For me, when I'm out about in a short skirt, I like to have a contrast between the skirt or dress, and my knickers... something to attract the eye. So if I'm wearing a dark skirt, then a white or pale pair of panties. If its a white skirt, then black or dark blue knickers.
And I rarely make an overt gesture... for me the fun is in the glimpse... the peak. And maybe the eye contact that follow

I and about a half dozen other men would had a heart attack with numerous ambulances needing to be called and sent to the hospital.
