That's one of the wonderful things about the Author's Hangout.

It seems everyone here knows every reference to Mel Brooks, Monty Python, the Airplane movies, you name it.

It's fun.

And sometimes we even get around to writing some half decent work. Welcome to Strange_wine and Kajunheat. I usually respond to good comments with a brief PM, and even bad ones if I know the sender well enough. Out and out insults I tend to ignore, though sometimes they can be really hurtful and make you think it's time to stop, which is what the Trolls are after.

Thank you. I've replied to your feedback, which I really appreciate you taking the time to send. I actually had a lot of "short stories" in various stages of completion when Hurricane Katrina hit. Ironically, the only thing that was damaged beyond repair, was my computer. That taught me a very valuable lesson about backing up my work, so hopefully, that will never happen again.
