I don't remember the percentage of the nationa budget that goes to foreign aid, but I do remember that is is very surprizingly less than what the average American thinks it is and its cessation would not eliminate the need for income taxation. (I want to say it was around "0.something" of the national budget--but I just can't remember.)

We just gave Afghanistan a few billion just for the right to hunt down and kill Bin (shoulda bin dead n buried long ago) Laden........

Wew give billions to Saudi Arabia every year in monetary aid, and 10 times that in grain annually, just so's we can enjoy gas prices at or below a buck......................

We gave Iraq almost a trillion to get rid of the Ayatolla Killem'all just so's we can now deal with sadman H........... way back in the early '80's. Where did that get us?........... Now we have to deal with that ungreatfull fuck too!
