I'm puzzled about this. I waded through the article, and I got the impression the message was to have no more children than you can support. There was a reference to vasectomies, but it was not even a suggestion.

I agree with what's being said, and I always have. People should not have more children than they can afford to support. The idea of having ten children, all supported by the taxpayers, is disgusting to me.

Why even greedheads would think it's stupid: Wages are kept down by an oversupply of potential workers. Cost-conscious employers want MORE jobless folk around. Sterilizing the unemployed means a future workers shortage. Dumb. Keep-em breeding!
