As an older man and recent widower, I second the notion that the dating scene is very different from when I was in my 20s. The dating sites recommended for seniors are full of scammers and very clever ones at that. I have had one success and so far that is friendship but no benefits yet. For the money the sites want from you, I might as well find a local escort or hooker. Sorry about that but no sex for 2 years while caring for my wife's illness can do that to a person.
