Okay so I am a twit and don't know how to figure this one out....

If I need a shirt in Men's LARGE (US) size... what size is that overseas?

If I need a shirt in Men's 3XL (US) size .... what size is that overseas?

I have no idea, but good luck. I remember when one needed to know neck and arm length size and hope there was one shirt that had each correct measurement.

Um. When I order shirts from the US, I go by the same sizes as here. Seems to work just fine. If there's any difference I haven't noticed. I think there's a bigger difference from brand to brand.

Although I rarely see anything bigger than XXL sold on this side of the pond, and even that is very rare.
