You CAN have a personal trainer, I do. My personal trainer is me. When I'm at the end of my strength and endurance my personal tells me, "If you don't do one more rep, Axman, Tyrone, Gorilla gon' kill you." Then I do two more reps.

She is lovely, but my guess is that there was quite a bit of air brushing involved. No one looks that good in real life. Women of her age tend to have cellulite...even if they work out.
