The state of Alabama disagrees, and the Alabama attorney general has served noticed that any non-Alabama organization helping a slutty pregnant Alabama cunt obtaining an abortion in states where abortion was legal would be prosecuted under Alabama state law for "criminal conspiracy".

In other words, Alabama law was essentially the "law of the land" wherever an Alabama woman travelled.

California health organizations laughed at Alabama's ludicrous overreach, and filed suit in federal court, claiming that a woman's right-to-travel AND free speech was being impeded.

Alabama's attorney general argued that lawsuit should be dismissed, because Alabama law IS the law of the land, but a federal judge laughed that notion out of court yesterday.

So now California vs. Alabama "slutty pregnant cunt" law will be tried in Federal court.

I suspect this will go to the Supreme Court before this is all over.

I take major issues with calling any woman a "slutty pregnant cunt". The language, and any other language that reduces women to objects to be used is repulsive. I was concerned that the law the thread referred to was actually calling women such vile things, or that a lawmaker had used such language. That's what the thread title would imply. Maybe change the title so it's not so misleading?

That said, I hope we get to the point of a nationwide ban on the murder of babies in the womb, so I am good with the law. And I think California has enough issues on their own without meddling in other states laws. If the lawmakers there can't find something to deal with, I'd kindly suggest their homeless rate, their out of control taxes, their out of control spending, their crime rate, the shit and needles cluttering their streets, the companies and population fleeing their state, their crime rates, and their oppression of anyone who isn't a liberal nutcase. Maybe start there. I'm sure they can find other things to focus on after that if they work hard...
