If he expended as many rounds as reported, he was an untrained shooter, and as a typical Lib, he probably was a gun hater and that may have been the first time that he ever discharged a weapon. All of the reports of his past violence indicate unarmed violence. This guy was paying attention to his team's rhetoric and went and purchased guns to make thing right...

That pretty much explains, in my mind, why he had no kills.

The banana bread was amazing, two loaves disappeared quickly. On the way home yesterday I stopped and got some lake perch for tonight. I'm hoping this is one of those times when the guys are out with their girlfriends because yellow perch are my favorite.

The standard SKS rifle has an internal ten round box magazine. The SKS-M has a 30 round detachable mag, so it could have been that model. As far as I'm concerned both are crap weapons but deadly iin the right hands. Thank God his hands weren't up to the job.

I saw the interview with the neighbor who said the rifle was a standard looking scoped deer rifle. Of course, we don't know his level of expertise either.
