The main point for me, from that article was that race/ethnic relations are far more complex than the "White racism" typical memes.

Their black and white simplicity often annoys me.
And it's not just White and nonWhite GBers (who I suspect live in their own bubble and rarely interact with other races or classes). Even my Chinese friend shares them.

As an unexperienced White immigrant from a country more poor than the West, I encountered all sorts of complex attitudes from White versus nonWhite / locals versus nonlocals.
It took me years to only start to start to get my head around them, so they're an interest of mine.

Yes, some White colonial attitudes persist, nonWhite resentment of White locals is present as well. But we're also living in a changing system in which people are increasingly insecure about their future, and that imo is one of the sources of bigotry.
 
The race industry cannot answer one basic question:



Why is it that black immigrants don't seem to have the same problem
getting ahead (and along) as do intergenerational "African-Americans?"

New details have emerged from a shooting early Sunday morning that left one man dead inside of the Newberry Road Waffle House.

Alachua County sheriff’s deputies said 41-year-old Craig Arttez Brewer, who was killed at about 3 a.m. Sunday, had been paying for others’ food and giving out money to some of the restaurant’s customers shortly before his death.

The acts of kindness led to resentment from one female customer, according to the Sheriff’s Office, and that gave rise to an argument between Brewer and his alleged killer. Suddenly, a crowded Waffle House turned into a murder scene.

Trivia
I sometimes browse rt (and their comments sections) for a different perspective.

And the amount of anti-semitic comments and conspiracy theories is just...staggering.

Not sure if it's because Russians share such perspectives thus allow them, or if it's a more general attitude cause unmoderated section.
 
Got blown off the range this morning. It was pleasant when I first got out there, it's now blowing 30 and gusting to 50. Ahhh, springtime in NM.
