I figured out why I have been so tired. Math.

Turns out 7 x 24 does not equal (6 x 12) + 2 days with the small one. Last night I drug myself out there, (am still "out there) and cannot seem to be in the right place at the right time at all. Revenue is a third of what I aim for nightly. Was in one area that it's generally pretty high volume for an hour and 45 minutes without a single assignment being offered.

I think people are sleeping it off from Memorial Day. Which is what I should be doing.

Is being an Uber driver worth the pain? My little brother is looking for some extra cash this summer and was asking about driving for them.

Not one drop of rain fell.

I have t check the weather to see what the roof shift looks like. I think that today is hot and sunny, but that changes like socks.


There's something relaxing about recoating an old steel standing seam roof.

In the past I've had some great success with the rubberized roof coating systems. It's all in the prep and when done properly yields a long lasting solution. Just a thought..

At some point, long-term, I plan to EPDM-coat it.


Meanwhile, this is what it gets.


The good thing about the spray membrane is, you can clean it and re-top it for another 10-15 years worth of wear and tear.


I think that it can be tinted for colors, too. Red would be nice.

I've invested well, so it is not a problem.
