DNC Assigns Full-Time Staffer To Trump…

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has appointed a full-time staffer to handle all DNC responses to Donald Trump — a signal the group is now treating Trump as a serious contender for the GOP’s 2016 presidential nomination.

The employee is responsible for countering Trump’s media statements and working against his Oval Office bid, The Guardian said Saturday.

The DNC is only devoting its human resources to campaigns it considers especially threatening next election cycle.

The organization is currently targeting nine out of the 17 GOP presidential contenders with full-time opposition staffers.

The DNC’s Trump watchdog also monitors New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, the report added.

Next year’s GOP presidential fields is one of the most crowded in recent memory.

The DNC is reportedly using full-time staffers for Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Rand Paul (Ky.) and Marco Rubio (Fla.), Govs. John Kasich (Ohio) and Scott Walker (Wis.) and former Govs. Jeb Bush (Fla.) and Rick Perry (Texas), in addition to Christie and Trump.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Gov. Bobby Jindal (La.), former Govs. Mike Huckabee (Ark.), George Pataki (N.Y.) and Jim Gilmore (Va.), former Sen. Rick Santorum (Pa.) and private citizens Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina are not getting the same attention.

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Donald Trump is staking his run for U.S. president in part on a vow to protect American jobs. But this month, one of his companies, the elite Mar-a-Lago Club resort in Florida, applied to import 70 foreign workers to serve as cooks, wait staff and cleaners.

A Reuters analysis of U.S. government data reveals that this is business as usual in the New York property magnate’s empire.

Trump owns companies that have sought to import at least 1,100 foreign workers on temporary visas since 2000, according to U.S. Department of Labor data reviewed by Reuters. Most of the applications were approved, the data show.

Nine companies majority-owned by Trump have sought to bring in foreign waitresses, cooks, vineyard workers and other laborers on temporary work-visa programs administered by the Labor Department.

The thing is we both know that's utter hogwash. Those things are going to require tax increases or cuts in spending other places. Putting tarrifs on China to build things is at best backward thinking. The goal of any tarrifs on China should be primarily about getting their workers basic human rights and wages as well as forcing them to stop manipulating their currency.

Mexico is never paying for a wall. Nor is there a such thing as an impentrable wall. We're talking about people who have dug a drug lord out of prison like something from a cheap 50's crime movie. You want to solve the illegal immigrant problem? Start by going after business owners and via combinations of fines, revoking licenses and jail time make the risk of having illegals on the pay roll high enough that nobody will hire someone without two forms of ID, a voter registration, two references and a sign off by a Congressman. The problem would largely solve itself then. Follow that with a general slackening of boarder control concentrated entirely on smuggling.

That can't be a serious question. However because I've got a few minutes to spare while my water boils (and God knows it won't if I stay over there and watch it. I think it's fucking shy.) I'll entertain this.

Trump is an entertainer but the American people for as much shit as I'll talk about them are stupid, not terminally retarded and most of them know he's not qualified in any real way. Here's a small list of reasons.

First listen to his rhetoric about Mexicans and Blacks. Some of what he says may hold some kernels of truth but most of it any idiot can see through. The majority of illegal immigrants, undocumented workers, whatever the fuck is the vogue term today are not rapists, thieves, murderers and drug dealers. They work hard for subminimal wages (which he all but admits to hiring. When someone in his position says "I don't handle this directly how should I know" we know the truth is closer to la la la don't want to know.) are often abused by their bosses because they have no recourse. They are often victimized as well for the same reasons. As for blacks, first off worse than ever is just empty words. That's not true though the economic recovery has been slower amongst African Americans than the general population but not nearly as extreme as he's trying to make it out to be. Also Obama really hasn't done much of anything for the black community but if we're being honest it's because anytime he even says "I'm black" half the country erupts. Is he a pussy for not telling people to sit down, shut up and respect is authoritah? FUCK YEAH. But anybody who expected that of him wasn't paying attention.

Second listen to the way he talks not only Democrats, that's expected, but how he talks about fellow republicans. It'll catch up to him sooner than later. Again stupid, not terminally retarded.

Third, while he has the most support (currently) amongst the Republicans he also has the highest unfavorability amongst the general population. A few polls suggest he might be capable of pulling a few swing states from Hillary if the election were held today, he'd easily lose the majority vote. Which yes, doesn't matter if you lose all the swing states but realistically that's not going to happen.

Fourth, by his own admission he has no actual debate experience. As we're going to see at the first debate in what? Seven days? Just how few of his ideas jive with reality are going to come to surface. He'll probably remain in the top 5 but that should be the beginning of the end.

Finally the man is NOT presenting himself as a moderate. As much as Conservatives who watch nothing but Fox, listen to Rush and Glen Beck and read Brietbart would like to think they are a minority in their own party. A loud, noisy stupid group but a minority none the less. Bush, Dole, Bush, McCain, Romney is not a coincidence. Every year infact the "real" Republicans come out and cry about how the media screwed them and a RINO won the election. Now while I think the idea that the media made up your minds for you and you're too damn stupid to find a way around that is either proof that liberals are so fucking smart you should really start focusing on not pissing us off lest we actually decide to put you in FEMA camps in Antarctica or you being so fucking stupid you should be thanking us for keeping your dumbasses fed is hogwash. The reality is (IMO) that the silent majority of your party isn't that extreme.

Oh and he does this for shits and giggles every couple of years. By all means though, bookmark this. If Trump gets the nomination I'll put whatever you want in my signature (as long as it doesn't violate the rules) and leave it there until the election. If he wins the election I'll leave it there until he's out of office.

Glenn Beck rips ‘son of a b*tch’ Trump’s debate antics: He’s the ‘most arrogant candidate’ next to Obama

Conservative radio host Glenn Beck renewed his criticism of Donald Trump on Friday, saying the real estate mogul alienated himself from other Republicans with his behavior during a candidate debate a night earlier.

According to excerpts released by The Blaze of his show, Beck said Trump came off like a “son of a b*tch” during the event, saying he was the debate’s only “big loser.”

“While he continued to say things that Americans can connect with, I think he showed himself as a bully, as very unpresidential, as somebody who could not back up his big words with actual facts,” Beck said in video released from the program. “More importantly, he demonstrated that he is actually part of the problem.”
