Not bad. Got a new kitten to go with the other pets we already have, found her in the ditch outside our place. Sweet cat, but she needs to talk a lot less between 6-7 AM.

Good morning all...it has been pretty slow in here...Hellos to everyone and I hope your week is ending well.

Jeff...I miss you! We need to talk soon so I can catch up on everything.

Dreamy, Im glad you are having a good trip so far!

I don't have to go into work til late today so I get some time to post. We are having a meeting and then a luncheon and then the rest of the day we are off! This company is pretty damn good. They are thanking us for all of the work we have done on some projects that have kept us late...

Some confessions:

*I have smoked on and off over the last several days, but its been very limited. Yesterday I smoked 5 cigarettes total, which is the most I have smoked in one day. Im not sure what the hell has happened. Well yesterday, I know it was spurred on by the several glasses of wine that I had. (SS, I know you are very disappointed.) I'm not overly concerned about it, because its not out of control. At this point, according to my ticker, I would have smoked 550 cigarettes by this point. So, Im working to reduce this now again. Ugh.

*I am a theatre widow again, as Nigel has begun another show with rehearsals every night. However, I am volunteering with a Children's Art Festival. I'm a little concerned that I have gotten in over my head, as I have taken on a major role in it and I have a lot of work to do with it. (I have a hard time saying no!) But I am happy to be involved in something I love.

*On Wednesday night, we leave for NY. Im excited to head back East -- its been 3 years since I have been back.

just try to relax ,ok?? do some deep breathing or exercising and DONt grab a smoke cause once ya start again your body will get right back in the habit ,same as drinking ,,mind over matter hun..I know cause my dad and youngest daughter are Both Alcoholics and I was married to 1 for 6 years...also my oldest daughter smokes like a freight train..I am way happy that my bf does neither...

NG - Hey there pretty lady. Of course we're all disappointed, but I'm definitely not going to kick you over it. You are fighting a major addiction, one that most smokers won't even try to give up. Just don't let this set you back so far that you start smoking all the time again. I've still got my cheerleader uniform on, rooting for you all the way.

Hope that feeling goes away soon, although I can relate at times.

Dreamy- *sigh* the new man in my life is wonderful...so wonderful it scares me sometimes. I've never had a man say he was the luckiest man on earth because I was in his life before. I've never had a man that was so anxious for the week to be over so that he could be with me, even though my son is still here with me. He is like no one I've ever been involved with and I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop.

NG- honey hang in there, everyone has little setbacks in whatever they endeavor to do. Breaking the addiction to cigarettes is one of the hardest things to do, it's bound to involve a few 'slips'. *hugs*

Jenny- I'm sorry Oman couldn't make it back home this weekend, I know it has to be very hard.
